• You can mind read Dana for 40 exp to unlock the quest Skeletons in the Closet.
• You can also open the letter and give it to Carl Jackson in which case he will tell Dana to get off his farm.

Rewards

1. Base: 450 exp and 160 gold
2. Add: Random items.
3. Derk will also lower his prices if you didn't read the letter.
4. Derk will raise his prices if you read the letter.
