Aquila is a general of the Champions of Aleroth giving speech to his men at Lanilor Lane district of Aleroth in 1300 AD.

Background[]

He is found outdoors on Lanilor Lane giving a speech to fellow soldiers. Confidentially, he reveals that he believes there is little hope of pushing back a Black Ring invasion. He must be persuaded to allow the goblin brothers Nathirap and Eareb join in the defense of the city for the quest Brothers in Arms.
