Mod Composition Rules[]
- Item bonuses based on "Act Part" item stat. Not on Item Level.
- Item cannot obtain a mod twice.
- Mods composition must follow Mod Composition Slots.
- Item cannot obtain two or more mods of same Attribute/Ability/Resist.
