The wall will freeze characters inside of it; after 2 turns the wall breaks and forms a large amount of ice over the battlefield. The ice will then turn to water in 2 more turns, which can then have additional effects applied to it.
This spell is still extremely potent even at 2 points in Hydrosophist, where it costs 7 AP to use.
