This amulet is found outside of lord Lovis' Tower in a chest by a body, as seen in the picture to the right.

Take it to the tombstone that it belongs to and receive a chest with random misc items in it and the Blood Eschelon Bracers (DKS). Tombstone is found just Northeast of the clairvoyant, Sosostra near the North bend in the river
