This quest is accepted from Lovis after the quest Looking for Lovis. You must find and enter Maxos' Temple, the location is in the map on the right.To find Maxos temple start at the Citadel go up to the top of the map and then go left a bit and there should be a map marker. The Citadel is where you find Lovis.
Upon entering you will be chatted away by Zandalor, afterwards you finish the quest. The default reward is 3000 exp, 1080 gold, and one choice from either 750 exp or 540 gold.
