Quincy, hiding from some goblins
Quincy is a chicken of a guard who is found stuck on top of a watchtower just a tad west of Rivertown, near the road. He gives the quest High and Dry.
You can mindread him only when he is stuck on the tower for 400 exp to gain one stat point.
