On the Fall of Zandalor
A famous Mage, a household name,
Was Zandalor, the ancient sage,
Black Ring's demise ensured his fame,
Divine One's rise he did engage.
Countless foes he did dispatch,
Rivellon's freedom he did protect,
all knew the wizard had no match,
All would pay him their respect.
But when Dragon Slayers swore revenge,
Set out to give the traitors chase,
He petitioned them not to avenge,
And so it was he fell from grace.
The wizard vanished from the world he crossed,
Did not Slayer misgivings come at too high a cost?
